Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Skin

yes thank you i am a senior man in my 70 and i am fed up with itchy skin some times it goes then when i am hot my testy get most itchy can you tell me what i could do to stop the inching i went to the shop and i had to scratch it is not painful but hard to get to sleep sometimes, thanks for your reply ,
