Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Skin

hi doctor.. i m working in middle east since 2 years and recently i have been undergoing skin itchiness all over the body. when i take allergy tablets i find it comfortable but the next day it reccurs. itchiness even on the scalp and palms are noted. and redness on the itchy areas. but it dissappears after sometime. the irritation stays for 5 or 10 mins and dissappears and reoccurs after one hour or so.. i have no idea what is wrong with me . please advice
