Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Skin

hello doc, i am nidhi rastogi.i get rashes on my own,my skin becomes red and swollen and i feel like itching.there are no mosquites bites as such,but still this happens all over the body.i have applied oil ,cream since i thought it was due to dryness.but of no use.please help
