Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Skin

i had no allergy in my childhood.but recently i have sufferred from a skin problem.often i have itching sensation and swelling along with itching in local part.it gets swelled even on a minor scratch.after sometimeit gets reduced.plz suggest a solution to this and i also want to know if it is curable?
