Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Vagina And Around Anus

I have had itching between my vagina and rectum for the past few weeks. I did tear a little when I had my son 4 years ago. I had my husband to look if it was a hemmorhoid, but he said he didn't see anything except a little redness. I have no other symptoms or issues.
