Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Vagina

i am suffering from vaginal itching for last 4 months ..last month i was asked for blood report... and with reference to that report my doctor concluded that i have bactarial infaction in vagina. she priscribed me placentrex gel and two tablets... but this month it occoured again...

i have white discharge.. can u please help me out... ? i want the permenant solution of this problem...
