Suggest Treatment For Itching On Fingers And Wrists

I've had a random itching issue for around 2.5 months now. It seems to affect my fingers, wrists, toes, bottoms of feet (rarely) and groin (mainly). My doctor has prescribed an internal yeast infection medication once, and after that didn't work an internal fungus medication while using an topical fungus medication like lamisil. Nothing seems to work. When the irritation is in my groin area it feels like my skin is crawling. There really doesn't seem to be any rash or visible irritation.
