Suggest Treatment For Itching On Neck After Washing Hair

I have an allergic skin reaction, likely to a new shampoo or conditioner I have used recently. Is affecting my neck, really itchy. For these cases I used Flubason when I lived in Italy, but don't know what is the best alternative in Canada. Possibly over the counter product.
