Suggest Treatment For Itching On Neck And Ears

Hey Yesterday On the way home from my friends house i started to feel very itchy on the back of my neak and ears. The next day it was still there and its till here two days later. I do lay out in the sun a lot but i usually lay on my back. the only thing i can think of is that i got new hair spray and i used it that morning. it feels like bumpy and its low raised bumps. there not very visible but i can feel them there its basicly covered the back of my neck and chin and its very itchy!
