Suggest Treatment For Itching On Thighs

For the last month, on the tops of my thighs, I have felt extremely itchy. The more I itch, the more this rash (colored red/brown) spreads. The rash is also on the tops of my inner/back thighs. My skin on the rash is slightly peeling as well. What might I have?
