Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation Caused By Usage Of Botox Injection

Hi, I have just had botox to heal a chronic Amal fissure and a tag removed causing another this was two days ago and it is unbelievably itchy I can t stand it! They said to kept it as dry as poss do I was worried to put anything on it? Is it ok to put something like betnovate on it? Will it help itch but I need to make sure it won t prevent the fissure closing? Thankyou Sarah
