Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation In Vagina

Well I have been having problems vaginally and it started as a bacterial infection and then I had bacteria and yeast in my urine . Was treated twice for bv and twice for yeast . My vulva feels like I have alot of pressure there and occasional itching occurs . What is the bucks itch and pressure from? It feels like a gland or something is swollen under my vulva .
