Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation On Palms

I have been itching terribly off and on with my hands, mainly the palms where the three deep lines show where you open and close your hands. I shower very regularly and use to itch on my legs regardless if I showered twice in a day until I started using "Beauty water" which is a 6.0 pH level water for hair and skin. I now pour this water on my skin after showers. I don't know what to do about this deep itching on my hands.
