Suggest Treatment For Itching Under Foreskin And Pain In An Erect Penis

I am 25yrs man. I masturbate daily once. I have recently come across a problem i feel a itching under the foreskin i over come it by sliding the foreskin and rub with my figure and also pain when the penis is ejected. How can over come this problem ? Is this due to masturbating ?
