Suggest Treatment For Itching Vaginal Discharge

Hi, I was wondering if you can help me, since Thursday night i have had discharge which has left me itching, with burning feeling, i hav noticed yesterday that there is spots of blood with discharge. i always keep myself clean down there. What can it be? I haven't had thrush for a long time but sometimes get bv bout week before my period, but i know it isn't bv this time. I am due on my period next week.
