Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Allergic Skin On Hands And Legs

i am 32 years old house wife with one daughter. my weight is 61kg. since 3 years i am suffering from skin decease which means itching and allergic damaged skin on hands and (up to elbow) legs (up to knee) and spreading so on. it was started like small pimple like prickly. i have consulted many physician but no use.
