Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Red Belly Button

lately my belly button has been itching a bit more than usual and has been getting red and hot. Just a second ago it itched and instead of scratching I decided to clean it just to see if I would find anything and I found a raw spot trimmed in white in my belly button and smaller spot. I used Peroxide and alcohol to clean it, do you know what it might be?
