Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Red Bumps In Buttocks And Vagina

I have red bumps that now have accumulated on my anus and the inside of my cheeks. I'm not covered, but there's definitely more than one. They're a little spaced out between each other. It started out with just itching, a LOT of itching, my anus and vaginal opening, then it finally went away. It actually came back when I put on some sweat pants I had, so I started thinking maybe I had an allergic reaction to something with the sweat pants, whether it be the detergant (but none of my other clothes did that to me, so I'm not sure) or something else with the pants, material maybe, I don't know. Anyway the itch came back, this time just my anus, but wasn't as severe, but this time it hurt a lot more than before. I was wiping to keep it dry, and then I found a bump on my cheek. I went and looked and it's on the inside of my cheeks and right on the opening to my rectum. I've been doing research, looked at mites and they don't look the same, I seriously hope it's not herpes, it could be infected hair follicles because I do shave, and I am sure with one bump that there IS a hair there growing back. Maybe I wiped too much and caused irritation too? I looked at anal yeast infections but that doesn't look right either. I have only one bump at the end of my vaginal canal, so it is all accumulating on my anus and the inside of my cheeks. I need help.
