Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Red Rashes In Buttocks And Vagina

Please help i had what i thought was a bug bite 2-3 inches from my butt hole. but it was itchy obvi. I itches it and it spread to more circles on my butt and they are sore now im seeing some small kinda red ones on the inside of my vagina and one or two on the roof....i dont know what it is and i am freaking out and i have nobody to talk to about it please help
