Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Swollen Feet And Legs

I have swelling of my feet and legs. My feet are red and have a burning feels. I am getting little bumps that when I scratch they leaks fluid. The itching is enough to drive me crazy. This has been going on for 3 months. I have tried compression socks, having my legs up. Walking also laying down nothing seems to be working. What else could I try??
