Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Tingling Sensation On The Skin

Hi I am a 29 year olf female. My whole life I have suffered from an 'ichy tingly' sensation under my skin particularly when the weather tempreture changes (gets colder) Whenever I take a shower or bath it must be really hot, then when I get out I have to put a hair dryer over my legs as the heat gets rid of this sensation. If for any reason my skin is ' roughed' ie putting on a pair of jeans immeditely after a shower the sensation is pretty bad. I am not on any medication whatsoever and my mum suffers from the same thing also. Regards Jo
