Hi, my top of my penis is like wrinckly, and i feel like my penis is itchy inside the tip of the penis. When i pee i feel like the piss is hot. It doesnt hurt. But its different. When i ejactualte it doesnt hurt at all. Could this be std or just uti? Or something else.
