Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bed Bug Bite On Armpit

Hi, I wanted to know if I may have bed bugs or some other insect biting at night. Yesterday I woke up with about 4 bites in a row next to my armpit and today I woke up with one bite next to my other armpit as well as on my back. The bites look like mosquito bites and at first they were not itchy but the more I think about them the more I feel itchy. Please help thank you
