Suggest Treatment For Itchy Blisters On Hand

Similar to the statement above - I have tiny pin prick blisters on my left hand and wrist, mine are really itchy though. I noticed a bit of irritation yesterday but thought nothing of it really then today I have these tiny raised blisters. They almost have a little brown bit in the middle. What should I do with this and what do you think it is?
