Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bump On Eyelid

i woke up the other morning and my eyelid was itchy by my eyelashes and i noticed a little inflammation. as the day went by i could notice a bump on my eyelid where the itching was. it made my eyelid swell. i have no discharge...the eyelid is tender, but my eye is fine and vision fine. i tried using warm compresses, but it has not come to a head. is there anything else i can do? or will it dissolve on its own? it has been going on for 3 days
