Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps All Over The Body

my head and skin feel like silocone and i get these bumps and itch like crazy.i have used tweezers and pulled these devil looking and with crab looking claws.i have taken pictures of these wth my digital camera.i put them on a paper towel and used my zoom lense to magnify them.they also have alot of my blood inside them.
