Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On Lower Back In Kid

Please type your query here...my 3 year old started with a few mosquito like bumps on his lower back which seem to be very itchy and now it started to spread to other parts of his body. The bumps still look like mosquito bites and have not changed, but he feels very uncomfortable now and I want to know what can I use on his skin to make him feel better _he has no fever and none on his face as of now ...please help!
