Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On Penile Head And Toenail Fungus

Have small pumps on penis head . I have psoriasis and have had it there before and ave pelva also on skin on different parts of the body and to Rocacia on face . I also have toe nail fungus. Small pumps hsv1 like 80 % of adult population but never have had a cold sore. Itches a little have had small easier bumps fr two weeks dic says not any type of STD. Gave me 2.5 cortizone cream. Help
