Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On The Arms

Gm. about a week I got up and noticed that I have nickel size bumps on my arms that itches. I thought it may be from bed bugs except that wasn't the case and now I have them on my left side that is spreading. I used calamine lotion and I used cortizone 10 and nothing seems to work. there is no pain just iching.
