Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On The Elbows

Hello, I am nineteen years old. I have these bumps on my elbows that are itcy. They come and go about every month and have been for about a year. They only appear on my elbows. They don't hurt, have blisters, or anything like that. I have no other symptoms that I am aware of. I have researched online, but I haven't been able to find anything that relates to my symptoms.
