Suggest Treatment For Itchy Dark Patches On Legs

hello dr i am having itchy dark patches and darken vains on my right leg. they first started as tiny dark spot but now become much larger in size. i have attended my dr but he doesn t seem to know what they are and after one year he has now reffered me to a skin specialis.your advise would be much appreciated
