Suggest Treatment For Itchy Inflammation Of Skin Around Scrotum

Hi. Im 35 years old male. I have been suffering from a skin disease for the last 3 years. I have been experiencing itchy inflammation of skin around my scrotum. I have seen a doctor several times over the period and given various ointments ranging from exebute to currently im using Lotriderm. Whenever im using the medication the disease seem to recede but when i stop using it, the disease slowly creeps back. Im afraid im getting depended on medicines to ward off this discomfiting problem hence im seeking more permanent solution.
