Suggest Treatment For Itchy Keloid On Chest

I have a keloid in my chest and it always irritated, I ve done 2 session already of steroid injection it soften a bit but my problem is it is very itchy and there is some fluids that is coming out from it. I want to removed it because I fell there something inside of it that needed to be treated. Thanks!!
