Suggest Treatment For Itchy Measle Like Breakouts On Body

My husband has a breaking out like measle look, he has been to a dermatoligist with no relieve. They said give the triamcinolone time to work it has been 5 weeks and its not helping. They also give him a steroid shot that didn t work. He now refuses to go back so I made an appt. with an allergy dr. Do you have any sugestions? He was up have the night last night itching himself.
