Suggest Treatment For Itchy Painful Cuts On Thighs

I have several cuts on my thigh that I did with pencil sharpener blades and razor blades which range from four to six days old. Although they are not that deep, you can see a layer of fat in them. The area around the cuts is a mix of red and a deepish blue/purple and they are somewhat swollen. They do not seem to be healing at all and some of them don't even look like they are scabbing over. They are also itchier and more painful than usual. I'm thinking this is a sign that they may be infected? If so what can I do to fix that? (i won't go to a dr because my parents don't know I still self harm so it has to be something I can do on my own)
