Suggest Treatment For Itchy Penis During Masturbation

I am a 24 year old male. 67inches tall, 145lbs. I have recently begun to notice that my penis itches, especially while in the shower or while masturbating. There is no pain with urination or ejaculation. Just itching skin in a ring, around the shaft and just below the head of the penis.
