Suggest Treatment For Itchy Penis In Children

My 10 yr old grandson got a insect bite on his penis and had an allergic reaction. His foreskin swelled up like a balloon we took him to ER they said keep giving him benadryl. They gave him a shot of steriod he is now itchy on his penis so bad he is miserable. Please help.
