Suggest Treatment For Itchy Pimple In Pubic Area

hi i m 19 yr old girl n i have contracted itchy..which looks like pimple n my public area is also infected with tat..n has been swollen..for the past 3 days i hav been using sofradex as prescribed by my doc bt nothin seems to work out...n infact whenevr i sracth it i grows more..pls help
