Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash On Arms And Legs

Hi I'm 36 have been out in the sun 2 days ago now have a rash over my arms and legs, it is very itchy, am sure it is prickly heat but am a bit worried that it has spread from just my shoulders to my full arms, legs and now chest in the last 24 hours and I need to be in work tomorrow!
