Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash On Hand

Hi,
I have a rash on my hand, at first the doctors thought it was ezcema, but it didnt go away and then he thought it was an insect bite and prescribed elacon cream still, however it seems to be getting worse and the skin is red and breaking and clear liquid is coming out of it and it is very itchy and slowly starting to get bigger. It's also raised the skin in little bumps
