Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes And Numbness In Legs

hello. I i sit alot for almost 24 hours daily because am always working online as a forex trader. my leg swells and am used to it but lately there has been a new development and am concerned. i noticed rashes around both ankles and they itch me seriously so i wanna find how what the problem is and i should do.

secondly i have beeen feeling numb in my left finger for the past three days now and i dont know why but it does not hurt though its verry disturbing knowing that you cant feel things well with a part of your body.
