Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes Behind The Ears

I use hair dye regularly since last 15 years. Since last 2-3 months my head is itching, there are moles on the scalp. Also, I am using spectacles regularly since last 1 year. Now, since last 1-2 month there are rashed behind the ears and that itches. The itching become uncontrollable during the night. Please suggest a solution for the problems.
