Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Genital Area

gudmrng sir/mam...m a guy from india.age 21,height 5'7 n weight about 58..k suffering 4m a skin problem..actuly 2 years back i had a skin problem near my genetial area...i think i suffrered with rashes...the symptoms were apearence of blotch or swelling of skin into tiny round structure which secrates a sticky yello substances and it itch a lot...whenever i itch the flow of sticky substances increases...finally i got a skin ointment named trioderm which provided me som relief and got them healed up...bt aftr few days again it appeared..this went on the whole summer season...n finally i got black marks near my thies and the area down of my penis...winter arrived and i got dried skin in that area...and after few days i got skin peel...this peeling for nearly 5 tines till date but still the black marks are underneath my skin...and now its summer in india and sweating if frequent...so again m gettin some rashes in the same area...i applied vitamine E oil and vesline at night and the next day i got them healed up...

please doctor provided me a solution to my skin problem...what should i apply..and what should i do to remove the black colour of that portion of skin...m fair..now the problem is not severe...i somtimes use 2 have itching problem here..and peeling of skinbis there...so doctor please provide me some solutions to my problem...and how to remove black marks underneath my skin..
