Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Bumps On The Skin

I have tiny bumps that u cant see until I start scratching then they turned red then u can see them they itch constantly and they are spreading. I thought it might be an allergic reaction but I took benadrill and its still spreadind and itching like crazy what could it be
