Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Bumps On The Skin

hi there, I've noticed that for a few days, I seemed to have some red bumps and it is so itchy. I suspected that I have bed bugs bite so I when to see the pharmacist today and was prescribed with fusidic acid/bethamethasone cream plus cetirizine as oral antihistamine. my questions are, is it safe to use both of these meds at the same time and what are the possible side effects? thanks
