Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Rash All Over The Body

my 81 year old mother has cll but this isn't problematic to her its her skin she is covered from hear to toe with a angry itchy red rash which doctors say is related she isn't sleeping and up to now (15 months) hasn't had anything prescribed to help where do i go from here
