Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Rashes On Neck And Itchy Ears

Hi. I have had a itchy red rash with hives on the back of my neck, and hot very itchy ears for the past 5 days. it is slowly spreading to the front of my neck. My ear are not fairly rough feeling. I have three very hard tender lumps - two behind my ears and one at the back of my neck below the hairline. Two weeks ago I had two very tender red lumps underneath my armpits, that went away after a few days. Do I need to see a doctor?
