Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Rashes On The Arms And Legs

I developed a severe burning red rash and itching on my arms and legs. Redness only on my arms and rash only on knees down. After, my skin peeled just as if I had a sun burn. Thought it might have been a new lotion I used but did a test patch and no reaction. Also started using a calcium pill for osteoporosis which included vitamin k 1. I stopped using this pill since Inthought it might have caused the reaction. Since then Inhave had a sore neck. Discovered blood in urine - still being tested for reason . Now I have a cold and a red eye. Are these problems connected to the rash?
