Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Spots On The Body After Eating Pepper Food

hi i'm 33 years old, 170cm,59kg, i have been having red spots and i need to scratch them until they bleed. this problem happens after i eat any kind of food that contains peppers and the red spot remain for about 15 days. during this interval of time the spot gets larger like a CD size and more red.... please tell me what is my problem?
