Suggest Treatment For Itchy Reddish Rash

I developed a red rash with what looks like little white spots (almost pimple-like) on the bottom of my ball sack. I'm just getting over (or may still have) jock itch but I believe it is gone. I am also a baseball player and had practice today in 90 degree heat
